Our Reception team are the first point of contact for our guests and so customer service is paramount. As a Receptionist you will have some of the following responsibilities:
- To be the first point of contact for arriving guests.
- To provide guests with five star customer service during their stay.
- To take room, restaurant and spa bookings as required.
- Process departmental takings.
- Ensure the heating, lighting and music is appropriate at all times.
- General administrative duties within the department
