We are looking for a HR & People Development Manager to look after all aspects of our Awesome employee journey.

This is not a normal HR role and we don't want a normal HR Manager. We are looking for someone with huge passion for people and their development, a personality that is fun loving and loyal and aspirations to achieve the world!

You should have Awesome experience in HR over at least 3-5 years, Training and Developing exposure would also be good. Knowledge of and experience within Hospitality is essential, you need to understand the internal workings of a hotel/resort and use this to build amazing relationships with the team at all levels. The 2 key essentials are passion and personality above all else.

As our HR Manager & People Development Manager you will be involved in developing communication and engagement systems, driving our unique approach to development for our teams forward and ensuring our 100 live-in team members have amazing staff accommodation.

All the usual HR elements apply in that you will be reporting on staff turnover and HR statistics, offering coaching and mentoring to the 170 strong team, keeping policies and procedures up to date and working with the Board of Directors and Senior Management to drive our HR strategy forward.
