Some of the responsibilities of this role are:
- Service-To provide the correct level of service as documented at all times in the Restaurant including functions, serving food and drinks to customers.
- Areas-Restaurant and Bar areas, Cloakrooms, Cellar, Still Room Areas.
- Shared responsibility with Kitchen for areas outside Kitchen Back Door and shared responsibility for bottle storage area.
- Equipment - All cleaning of furniture, fittings and equipment in the above areas.
- Cash - correct handling, including all aspects of cash control.
- Hygiene - Maintaining of environmental health and hygiene standards as laid down to meet current regulations.
