We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie for our Award winning restaurants, Brambles Seafood & Grill and Cruize

We are looking for a energetic, motivated Chef who want to step up their career development and really show the world their passion for this incredible industry.

You should be able to capably take charge of one area of the kitchen, preparing dishes as delegated by Sous Chef to the required standard and within the allocated time and experience in supervising Commis Chefs in the preparation and cooking of menu items would be ideal.

Mostly though we are looking for your passion, personality and a strong work ethic to shine through.

Salary £21,500 - £23,000 per annum dependant on experience
This role is pivotal in assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain the smooth running of the kitchen operations.
