We are looking for a passionate, unique and all round Awesome Spa Manager to take our team to the next level.





You will be fully qualified as a Spa Therapist with your HND / NVQ Level 3 (essential) and still be happy to get involved looking after our clients as required. The team look to our Spa Manager for guidance, development and support in all aspects of their role and we are looking for someone who has bags of passion and personality to bring to our exceptional team.

The Aspa at Auchrannie is an award winning Spa who specialize in Espa and Ishga products. Our treatments include treatments for face, skin, nails and body, extending from make-up, facials and waxing (removal of superfluous hair) to full body massage, manicures and pedicures, including paraffin wax therapy, hot stone treatments, detoxifying Algae wraps and tanning procedures.

HR & People Development Manager - All Resort

We are looking for a HR & People Development Manager to look after all aspects of our Awesome employee journey.

Some of the responsibilities of this role are:

  • Service-To provide the correct level of service as documented at all times in the Restaurant including functions, serving food and drinks to customers.
  • Areas-Restaurant and Bar areas, Cloakrooms, Cellar, Still Room Areas.
  • Shared responsibility with Kitchen for areas outside Kitchen Back Door and shared responsibility for bottle storage area.
  • Equipment - All cleaning of furniture, fittings and equipment in the above areas.
  • Cash - correct handling, including all aspects of cash control.
