We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who wants to spread their wings across different styles.
Ideally you are currently in a similar role within a 4/5 star hotel or high quality restaurant brand and knows what it takes to support the management of the team while ensuring exceptional guest service.

Estates Housekeeping Assistant Manager - All Resort

We are looking for a Deputy Housekeeping Manager for our stunning 5* lodges and brand new Couples Retreats.

Senior Sous Chef - Cruize Restaurant

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the award winning Cruize Restaurant.

Cruize offers eclectic dining for the family. All food is freshly prepared with the majority of produce being locally sourced on Arran and within Ayrshire.
Reporting to the Head Chef, the Senior Sous Chef will support them on the day to day running of the kitchen and represent the Head Chef in his absence. You will assist with food cost, ordering, food and health and safety. You will be required to manage the kitchen brigade in the absence of a Head Chef, represent the Head Chef at management meetings, as well as motivate the team, training and developing chefs.

IT Project Assistant - All Resort

We are looking for an IT Project Assistant to support our Resort in taking us to the next level.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager (BDM), the IT Projects Assistant (ITPA) will play a pivotal role in the sourcing, implementation and training of new systems and processes across the resort.

Basic Skill Set:
  • An understanding of how systems flow
  • A logical thought process
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
We are looking for someone with great passion and personality to join our team. Having systems expertise and knowledge involved in all systems changes – ensuring the people with the correct skills are driving projects forward.
Support other managers who have systems installed that relate to their departments/roles.
The ITPA would be able to provide day to day support beyond implementation phase as well as continue to look at maximising use of any new systems.

We are looking for passionate therapists with enthusiasm & personality to complement our existing beauty therapy team.

The Aspa is an award winning Spa who specialize in Espa and Ishga products. Recreations/Leisure Supervisor - All Resort

We are looking for someone who is passionate about all aspects of Recreations.
This role encompasses the supervision of all of our Recreations facilities and Team Members.
Your skills & personal attributes
 
  • Pool Lifeguard or Pool Responder Certificate preferred
  • Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate preferred
  • Un certificated candidates must be strong and competent swimmers who are expected to attain award standard within one month
  • Ability to display effective leadership skills and lead a team appropriately
  • Is confident to manage difficult situations and diffuse difficult conversations with guests, members and Team Members
  • Ability to understand and  awareness of current Health and Safety legislation to ensure safe environment for staff and guests

Your role will include the following responsibilities:
  • The efficient day to day running of the Recreations Department and to deputise for Managers when they are not available.
  • To ensure that guests receive friendly, helpful and efficient service in a clean, safe and orderly environment.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness & attention to detail and ensure standards are met by all Team Members as set by the organisation.
Develop the Recreations department and its profitability through effective development of the Team.
