Receptionist - All Resort

We are looking for outgoing candidates to join our dynamic, professional and FUN front of house team as a Receptionist.


We will provide full on the job training to ensure you become a successful part of the AWESOME Auchrannie team.

Salary £19, 135 per annum 
Our Reception team are the first point of contact for our guests and so customer service is paramount. As a Receptionist you will have some of the following responsibilities:
  • To be the first point of contact for arriving guests.
  • To provide guests with five star customer service during their stay.
  • To take room, restaurant and spa bookings as required.
  • Process departmental takings.
  • Ensure the heating, lighting and music is appropriate at all times.

Maintenance Assistant - All Resort

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Awesome Auchrannie team.

Applicants should have experience working in a similar role and trade qualifications in painting & decorating would be preferred. The ideal candidate should also have all round maintenance skills and willingness to learn new skills on the job.

You would be working to a rolling rota including weekends and on call support.

Please note that a full driving licence is required as essential to this role

Reporting to the Estate Manager & Maintenance Team Leader, our Maintenance team are responsible for ensuring that all areas of Auchrannie Estate are maintained to an excellent standard and that any work is completed with minimal disruption to the business.

You will be joining our existing Maintenance Team and contributing to the main responsibilities of ensuring the maintenance and décor of our luxury lodges is kept to the 5* standard expected by our guests. This will include daily inspections of lodges to identify and carry out necessary works in as timely manner as possible.

Kitchen Porter - Auchrannie Hotel, Auchrannie Road, Brodick, Isle of Arran, UK

To assist in maintaining the smooth running of kitchen operations.  Work with the team in a harmonious working environment, adhering to food safety and environmental health regulations.

Description of tasks:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of pot and pan washes
  • Ensure all crockery is handled correctly to minimise breakages
  • Ensure the fabric of the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times - walls, floors, benches and equipment
  • Carry out thorough cleaning of all areas in the kitchen
  • Adhere to all Health, Safety and Hygiene regulations and standards
  • Basic vegetable preparation

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie for our Award winning restaurants, Brambles Seafood & Grill and Cruize




We are looking for a energetic, motivated Chef who want to step up their career development and really show the world their passion for this incredible industry.

You should be able to capably take charge of one area of the kitchen, preparing dishes as delegated by Sous Chef to the required standard and within the allocated time and experience in supervising Commis Chefs in the preparation and cooking of menu items would be ideal.

Head of Recreations - Recreations and Leisure

Spa Therapist - The ASPA

We are looking for passionate therapists with enthusiasm & personality to complement our existing beauty therapy team.




The Aspa is an award winning Spa who specialize in Espa and Ishga products. Our treatments include treatments for face, skin, nails and body, facials and waxing (removal of superfluous hair) to full body massage, manicures and pedicures, hot stone treatments, detoxifying Algae wraps, tanning procedures

As a Spa Therapist you will be expected to promote our line of products, establishing long term relationships with local clients in accordance with the correct product house techniques.

Qualification and skills desired:
  • HND / NVQ Level 3 (essential)
  • Pro- active approach to work duties and promoting the treatment
  • Great team player
  • Knowledgeable and dedicated to delivering a 5* experience to both guests and day visitors to the spa.

Package being offered:
  • Starting Salary from £18,625 - £19,550 (dependant on experience)
