Assistant Restaurant Manager - Cruize and Eighteen69 Restaurants

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who wants to spread their wings across different styles.
Ideally you are currently in a similar role within a 4/5 star hotel or high quality restaurant brand and knows what it takes to support the management of the team while ensuring exceptional guest service.

Spa Therapist - The ASPA

We are looking for passionate therapists with enthusiasm & personality to complement our existing beauty therapy team.

The Aspa is an award winning Spa who specialize in Espa and Ishga products. Our treatments include treatments for face, skin, nails and body, extending from make-up, facials and waxing to full body massage, manicures and pedicures, including paraffin wax therapy, hot stone treatments, detoxifying Algae wraps, tanning procedures

Guest Services Manager - All Resort

Working 5 Duty Management shifts per week our Guest Services Manager are the main point of contact for guests, staff and outside contractors to ensure smooth running of the daily operation across the entire resort.

You will liaise closely with the General Manager and departmental managers to anticipate and resolve any potential guest problems and ensure their stay at Auchrannie is a memorable one for all the right reasons.

Our Guest Services Manager are also responsible for monitoring and replying to all of our guests reviews through the various platforms such as Booking.com and Trip Advisor.

Recreations/Leisure Assistant - All Resort

The Leisure and Recreations Assistant compasses all of our Recreations facilities which include 2 indoor swimming pools, heat experience rooms, gym, games hall, Playbarn and the Arran Adventure company.
Your role will include the following reponsibilities:
  • Lifeguarding and pool testing in both of our two indoor pools
  • Reception, supervision and customer care in the leisure clubs, playbarn and Arran Adventure
  • Opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge by becoming a Segway, gorge walking and /or archery instructor at Arran Adventure or to lead fitness classes in our gym, pool and studio.
  • You will be responsible for cleaning, set up and routine maintenance duties in all areas of the Recreations Department
  • You will be expected to deliver an awesome experience to our guests and assist the Recreations Manager and other staff members in the efficient running of the facilities.

Maintenance Assistant - All Resort

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Awesome Auchrannie team.

Applicants should have experience working in a similar role and trade qualifications in painting & decorating would be preferred. The ideal candidate should also have all round maintenance skills and willingness to learn new skills on the job.

You would be working to a rolling rota including weekends and on call support.

Please note that a full driving licence is required as essential to this role

Reporting to the Estate Manager & Maintenance Team Leader, our Maintenance team are responsible for ensuring that all areas of Auchrannie Estate are maintained to an excellent standard and that any work is completed with minimal disruption to the business.

You will be joining our existing Maintenance Team and contributing to the main responsibilities of ensuring the maintenance and décor of our luxury lodges is kept to the 5* standard expected by our guests. This will include daily inspections of lodges to identify and carry out necessary works in as timely manner as possible.
